The Inbox

Everything that needs you waits in one list: the Team Lead’s questions, calls that wait for your OK, commands to run, held cards and cards to review.

One list, in order

The Inbox, in the sidebar, shows how many things wait for you. At the top are the Team Lead’s questions and approvals, then the commands agents ask you to run, then cards on hold and cards waiting for your review or deploy. When it’s empty, it says so.

Run this for me

Some commands an agent may not run, like sudo or an install. The agent then asks you, and its card waits in the Inbox with each command exactly as written, and a button to copy it. Run them in a terminal and press Done, continue. The agent carries on where it stopped.

Every hold has a reason

A card on hold says why. It’s blocked when a start or a push failed, stalled when its runs ended without a result, or waiting for a decision or your OK. Drag a held card back to To do or In progress to take the hold off.

FAQ

Questions about the Inbox

Will GizAi tell me when something comes in?

Yes, with a desktop notification when a card goes on hold or waits for your review, and when the Team Lead asks you something. Each kind has its own switch in Settings, Notifications.

Does every agent’s question come to me?

Not unless you want it to. The Team Lead looks at an agent’s question first and brings you only what it can’t answer. Money, scope, deadlines and security always come to you.

What happens after Done, continue?

The run picks up again with a note that you ran the commands, also saved on the card. The agent checks that they worked and carries on.
